For New York, By New York

Our goal is to build a world-class hotel, casino, restaurants, performance space, and affordable housing on a vacant site in an industrial part of the far West Side of Manhattan. Designed, built, and operated by the very best in the business, The Avenir will fuel economic growth for New York through billions in tax revenue, thousands of union jobs, and millions in local community investment.

Neighborhood Values

We strive to be good neighbors and to enrich the community in which we build and operate. We have a responsibility to be sensitive, open, and communicative to the people around us. Whether at the World Trade Center after 9/11 or on the West Side of Manhattan, we believe in growing our communities and supporting those in need.

Jobs and opportunity

The historic economic challenges brought by the pandemic require a strong solution to get our City and State back up and running. The Avenir will employ 4,000 local, union construction workers, and will provide 5,500 local union jobs upon completion. We will partner with local restaurants, businesses, schools, community groups, artists and our neighbors to make The Avenir an opportunity for growth for New York and New Yorkers.
